  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  4. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Top the beef mixture with provolone cheese and allow to melt.
  6. Fill each hoagie roll with the beef and vegetable mixture, sprinkle with crumbled bacon, and serve immediately.
