- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
