- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups peeled, diced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar for crumb topping
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for crumb topping
- 1/4 cup butter for crumb topping
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for crumb topping
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon for the crumb topping until crumbly.
