- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
