  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the Baileys Irish Cream.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
