  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then stir in the Bailey’s Irish Cream.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually mix into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
