- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the doughnut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
