Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and bananas.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in strawberries and pineapple gently.
  7. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before frosting with whipped cream and drizzling with chocolate syrup.
