- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam them until tender.
