  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, then sprinkle this over the top of the batter.
