- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon the blueberry mixture over the cheesecake.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before removing from the pan.
