  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon the blueberry mixture over the cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes

  • For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
