  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the eggs to your preference and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  6. Layer the bacon, eggs, and shredded cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  7. Top with the other half of the croissant and serve warm.
