Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly on top of the flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with chopped green onions.
