Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

A delicious twist on classic mac and cheese with spicy buffalo chicken!

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until heated through.
  3. Add the cream cheese and milk to the chicken mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked macaroni and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
  6. Transfer everything to a baking dish, top with the remaining cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • For a milder dish, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce.
  • Add blue cheese for extra flavor.
