- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
