  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, pickles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a few tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper around the filling and seal the edges with water.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
