- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced baby potatoes and sliced smoked sausage.
