  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced baby potatoes and sliced smoked sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder, then mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, stir in cheese, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sour cream.
