  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture onto each noodle and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the rolled noodles in the baking dish seam-side down.
  7. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
