Chicken Burrito Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Burrito Casserole that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tortilla, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, rice, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and tortilla strips.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
