- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tortilla, cut into strips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, rice, cumin, and chili powder.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
