  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, mayonnaise, eggs, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use deli meat for convenience.
  • For a crispier top, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
