1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup marshmallow cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Make a small well in the center of each cookie and fill it with marshmallow cream.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
