Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined, then set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon to create the filling.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared muffin tin, sprinkle with the filling, and top with the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before mixing powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze and drizzling over the cupcakes.
