Cinnamon Roll Protein Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and cook until edges look set, then flip and cook until golden.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • You can add more spices for extra flavor.
