A delicious and creamy pasta dish inspired by Olive Garden’s ravioli carbonara, made with turkey bacon for a healthier twist.

  • 12 ounces cheese ravioli
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Combine cooked ravioli, bacon, and cream mixture in the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
  6. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through, then serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
  • For a vegetarian option, use mushrooms instead of bacon.
