  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add turkey bacon and garlic; sauté until bacon is crispy.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
