- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown chicken breasts on both sides.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the rice and pour the soup mixture over it.
- Place the browned chicken on top of the mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
