Crispy Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

A delicious side dish of Brussels sprouts roasted to crispy perfection, drizzled with honey balsamic glaze and complemented by savory turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and top with bacon pieces.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy, stirring halfway through.
