Crockpot Blueberry Cobbler

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix blueberries with sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon.
  2. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the cobbler is set.
  5. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh blueberries when in season.
