- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
- In the crockpot, combine the rice, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
