  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Fill the crust with the chicken mixture.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Cut small slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • For added flavor, consider using Southwest seasoning in the filling.
  • This casserole can be frozen before baking; just add a few minutes to the cooking time if baked from frozen.
