- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices of black olive
- 1 carrot (cut into small triangles)
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it on top of the filled eggs.
- Use black olives and carrot triangles to create spooky eyes and fangs.
