8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 carrot, for garnish
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Once chilled, remove from plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and parsley to create a pumpkin-like appearance.
Use a carrot to make a stem at the top of the cheese ball.
Serve with crackers and vegetables.
