Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, honey, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
