  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flatbreads or lavash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
