Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
