  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Add garlic and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For added kick, increase the Cajun seasoning.
  • Substitute cream with a lighter option for a healthier dish.
