- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Add garlic and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.
