- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 pretzels
- 24 candy eyes
- 12 red M&M’s
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
