  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Chop the turkey bacon into small pieces and sauté in olive oil until crispy.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic or Parmesan cheese before roasting.
