  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water and add the corn. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. While the corn is cooking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove the corn from the pot and let it cool slightly. Brush the garlic butter onto each ear of corn.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the corn.
