- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Boil a large pot of water and add the corn. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- While the corn is cooking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the corn from the pot and let it cool slightly. Brush the garlic butter onto each ear of corn.
