  • 2 large cauliflower heads
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the cauliflower heads into thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
  4. In a bowl, mix cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture generously on top of the cauliflower steaks.
  6. Place the steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
