- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
