- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then remove and crumble.
