  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the butternut squash and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until squash is tender.
  4. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
