- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth, add the potatoes and carrots, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted.
