- 1 pound ground turkey or beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground turkey or beef until fully cooked.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cheese until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the diced avocado and lime juice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, top with cilantro or jalapeños.
