- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

- Pour half of the banana bread batter into a greased loaf pan.
