  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or beans
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Add ground beef or beans, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the fillings and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Repeat with the second tortilla.
  6. Slice in half and serve hot.
