Egg Muffins

Delight in a quick and tasty breakfast with these easy egg muffins packed with turkey bacon and vegetables.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then add in salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the turkey bacon, bell pepper, onion, and cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg has set.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
