Delicious and indulgent dairy-free pumpkin chocolate chip butter cups perfect for fall!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Stir in almond flour and chocolate chips until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into butter cups or a silicone mold.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before removing from mold.
