  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pound roast beef, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in the cheese and milk until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out and cut into biscuit shapes.
