- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pound roast beef, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the cheese and milk until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
