  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, French onion soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Lay the turkey bacon strips over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
